Setting OBJECTIVES with SMARTPLUS
We don’t just train people on how to set SMART goals, we enable participants to get the job done using the unique SMARTPLUS Goal Bank.
Prior to the training sessions, we tailor the Goal Bank to your strategic objectives to create a bank of SMARTPLUS Goals for your managers to work with. This means in the training session they work on setting real goals for their team, and leave the session with the job pretty much complete.
