Our unique phone training approach - Phone Delivered Training™(PDT™) - uses a virtual training room, hosted by our expert trainer, into which delegates can dial from locations all over the world, saving time and money. It is a highly intensive phone training medium which delivers its results in approximately half the time taken in a classroom.
Phone Training is ideal for those who mainly work on the phone or for companies with multiple office locations across the UK and/or indeed the world!
Phone Delivered Training™ enables the easy transfer of skills from the training to the working environment.
