Bringing Performance Management to life with Forum Theatre
A refreshing and creative way to show your managers how to make it work!
Are you looking for a creative and energising approach to engage your managers with Performance Management?
Your Role
Forum Theatre asks delegates to watch a short play (with a humorous take on what happens when things go badly) and then take part in a group discussion to explore possible improvements. The play is then re-enacted using your suggestions. Watch how the play differs dramatically…
The Objective
Forum Theatre’s main objective – whatever the subject – is to ‘disturb the thinking’ of its delegates and encourage individuals to come up with improvements. It is often followed by tailored skills workshops.
What is Forum Theatre?
Forum Theatre workshops provide a space in which issues can be discussed openly and honestly, whilst fictional characters in highly recognisable situations provoke emotional responses from its audience - a hugely powerful learning experience. It is also very entertaining making the key learning messages even more memorable.
More Details
Forum Theatre workshops are tailored to meet your Performance Management demands.
Ideally a 2-hour session, Forum Theatre workshops can accommodate up to 30 delegates in any one session. Smaller groups are recommended to encourage maximum participation. We can also provide large audience events to communicate company-wide Performance Management messages (e.g. launch events).

“The team was brilliant in the way they engaged everybody and made the whole event extremely enjoyable whilst still conveying the message about the good and bad of customer service. It was certainly the most enjoyable training that I have ever undertaken”.
